Dr. Kurt Klemme
Dr. Kurt Klemme studied law in Heidelberg and wrote a PhD in Berlin. In 1996 he commenced working as lawyer and in 1998 he decided to move into the shipping industry. From 1998 to 2005 he worked for a private shipowner in Limassol and later in Hamburg as head of tanker chartering and sale & purchase affairs. In March 2005 he joined the Management Board of MPC Steamship being responsible for the shipmanagement side, i. e. technical & operational affairs, for financial and legal matters, personnel & crewing, insurances and other organisation issues. Dr. Kurt Klemme is married and has three children.

Gregory A.E. G. de Ruiter
Gregory de Ruiter is a trained nautical officer and holds a degree in maritime economics from Hogere Zeevaartschool in Rotterdam. Until 2002, he held several positions in ship lending with Dutch banks. In his last position there, Gregory de Ruiter was responsible for the bank's ship lending business in Asia out of Singapore. From 2002 to 2005 he worked as director fleet of P&O Nedlloyd and founding Managing Director of Reederei Blue Star GmbH. Since 2005 he is in the Management Board of MPC Steamship being responsible for product development and acquisitions as well as for chartering affairs of the fleet. Gregory de Ruiter is married and has two children.
